Planning to lose weight - VERY smart!

Planning how and when you are going to lose weight is smart.

If you didn't have time to exercise before, then how will you find the time now? Planning goes a long way towards helping you succeed in losing weight.

If you use a time map (like a timetable), that's a great way to plan ahead for when you are going to exercise.

Make sure this plan is something you can stick to! Going from no exercise at all, to exercising seven hours a day, seven days a week (assuming you have that much free time!) will be unrealistic for you at this point, so don't aim for more than you can handle.
